Terms of service

These terms apply to every Shelfworks app: Backstock, Convertback, Shelfcheck, Flowkit, Labelpress, Mergerate, Retrybill and Editback ("the app"). By installing an app you agree to these terms with Shelfworks ("we").

Service. The app provides the features described on its App Store listing. We may change or discontinue features with notice through the app.
Billing. The app is billed through Shopify at the price shown on the listing, after any free trial. Cancel by uninstalling; charges stop at the end of the current billing period.
Your data. You keep ownership of your store data. We use it only to provide the app, as described in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use. Do not use the app to send unsolicited messages, to access data you are not entitled to, or in breach of Shopify's terms.
Inventory and pricing changes. Apps that write to your store (inventory adjustments, price edits, barcode assignment, shipping rates) act on your instructions. Review previews and logs; keep backups of critical data.
No warranty. The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
Support. support@shelfworks.app. We aim to answer within one business day.
Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after notice means acceptance.
